The PricewaterhouseCoopers Prize in Electronic Commerce III

Whereas the Council has accepted the offer of PricewaterhouseCoopers, to provide an annual prize in Electronic Commerce III, the following rules are hereby made:

1. The prize shall be known as "The PricewaterhouseCoopers Prize in Electronic Commerce III".
2. The annual value of the prize shall be $400.
3. The prize shall be awarded by the School of Commerce on the recommendation of the Executive Dean of the Faculty of the Professions to the student obtaining the best result in the course Electronic Commerce III provided that, in the opinion of the examiners, the candidate is of sufficient merit.
4. Where two or more candidates are of equal merit the prize shall be shared equally.
5. The terms of the prize may be varied at any time by agreement between PricewaterhouseCoopers and the University.
