Dear Students,
Please be advised that as of 30 April 2007, you will be provided with a University funded quota of $30.00 for each printing period. There are two 'printing periods' - from 1st January to 30th June and from 1st July to 31st December. Any unused University quota from a previous printing period will not
be carried forward into the next period.
The $30 quota will allow you to print approximately 300 single-sided, black and white A4 pages.
Please also note that as of 30 April 2007, ITS will assume all maintenance of printing facilities in level 4 and 6 computer labs. Please contact ITS on 8303 3000 or helpdesk@adelaide.edu.au if you face any technical difficulties or if the printer runs out of toner and/or paper.
Additional print quota can be purchased from the Student Centre, Level 4, Wills Building or Card Services, Hughes Plaza. At the end of each printing period, unused self-funded quota is carried forward into the next printing period.

If you have been charged for faulty printing you should present your faulty document to Card Services or Student Centre staff and request that an adjustment be made to your printing account. You will be advised of the outcome via email.
